The new office and development centre for car manufacturer VW was to bring all divisions of the company together under one roof and create workspace for up to 5,000 employees.

The modular structure is organised around numerous courtyards that bring ample daylight into the office floors. Teams are housed in the wings along the façade, while the central sections of the building hold circulation and function areas. Along the main atria, informal work and meeting zones offer places to exchange ideas and open up sightlines through the entire building.
