Nest – Digital Bookstore
In the main hall of Wiesbaden's central train station, the Nest combines the advantages of modern online commerce and vending machines with the coziness of a classic bookstore. With its hexagonal shape, the interactive store fits in with the existing stands in the station and can thus be operated from several sides simultaneously. The large touch displays are intuitive and show the large selection of books inside. After payment, the book is placed on the shelf. The customer can then take the stairs to the seating area at the top of the store, leaving the hustle and bustle of the station behind to peacefully enjoy their book or simply enjoy the view.
